Fallow and Finch is a short-term accommodation consultancy that helps owners and operators transform their properties into beautiful, story-rich spaces that leave a lasting impression.
Founded by Sarah and Veia, a mother-daughter team with a shared passion for hospitality, design, and storytelling. Fallow and Finch combines hands-on experience running a highly successful bed and breakfast with professional expertise in interior design, photography, and guest experience.
We offer a curated suite of services—including booking system setup and integration, property styling, brand development, and professional photography. From connecting your stay to major booking platforms to setting up channel managers and direct booking tools, we streamline your systems and elevate every aspect of your property.
